The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made through your usage of PLUSFLORENCE.COM. These conditions may be altered at any time by PLUSFLORENCE.COM.

MAKING A RESERVATION

On making a reservation, you shall pay a 10% deposit and a service fee to Web Reservations International which is non refundable. You will be responsible to the individual PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider for the payment of the balance of the accommodation cost together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted with the provider and, where applicable, payment of the providers services and charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade provided by the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider.

You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card you authorise the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider to charge one nights room charge to your credit card without further reference to you in event that you cancel your reservation less than 24hrs from your agreed check- in time or that you fail to arrive. Your non-arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider directly.
In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and which the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

WHEN A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED
PLUSFLORENCE.COM will issue the booking form on behalf of the provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge of the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider.

PLUSFLORENCE.COM strongly recommends that you check and confirm with the provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the PLUSFLORENCE.COM accommodation provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation and modification of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

PLUSFLORENCE.COM does not accept any responsibility for cancellations regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.
PLUSFLORENCE.COM shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses, or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation.

NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION
PLUSFLORENCE.COM makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement for that card used on PLUSFLORENCE.COM at anytime during or after you make the reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on the Web site, PLUSFLORENCE.COM shall not be responsible in anyway in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature by you arising from or anyway connected with said use, transaction or disclosure.

WAIVER
PLUSFLORENCE.COM'S failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attached to them.

HEADINGS
The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or scope of this Agreement or otherwise be given other legal effect.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLUSFLORENCE.COM reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this web site is offered as well as the contents of this web site. This right shall not effect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this we site.

GENERAL
This agreement is covered by the laws of the Republic of Italy. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Italy's courts in all disputes.
